In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.Add the garlic and sauté for two minutes, until it becomes translucent.Add the grapes and sauté for another two minutes until they just begin to slightly soften.Remove the fruit from the pan and set aside.In the same frying pan, place two slices of bread side by side.Top each with half of the grated cheese.Now press the garlic grapes into the cheese.Spread a thin layer of Dijon on the other slices of bread.Place those pieces, Dijon-side down, on top of the slices in the pan to make a sandwich.Cook on the first side for about 5 minutes.Use a spatula to lift up each sandwich and apply light pressure with your other hand to keep it all together. Quick flip!Allow to cook on the other side for about 3 to 5 minutes.Remove from the pan and cut into triangles.
