Preheat the barbecue to medium.In a bowl, combine all onion dip ingredients.Put the beef brochettes on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil; brush with dip.Cook the brochettes 6 to 8 minutes, turning from time to time.To oven-broil:In a pre-heated frying pan, add a bit of oil; then add the beef brochettes.Brush with dip.Cook at high 3 to 4 minutes, turning from time to time; lower to minimum heat and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes or to taste.
