Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Into a shallow dish, place soy, ginger,onion,sesame oil and sugar.Add the fish and marinate for 5 minutes per side.Place the fillets and marinade into a baking dish lined with baking paper. If you use a Chinese broccoli, place them on baking paper and top with the fish and marinade.Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes or until fish is tender.
