Pour rice and cold water into a bowl.
Stir, drain and repeat until water is clear.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add rice and reduce heat to low.
Cover and let simmer for 15 min.5 min before end of cooking time, add broccoli broken into small florets in a steamer over rice.
Wrap tofu in a paper towel, press to drain excess water and cut into 2 cm-cubes.
Add to a bowl and mix in cornstarch making sure to cover all sides.
Prepare the vegetables. Coarsely chop bell Pepper, slice green onions, chop Ginger.
While tofu is cooking, prepare sauce.
In the same bowl used for mixing tofu, add ginger, remaining ½ of sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili sauce, honey and soy sauce.
Add green onions, bell pepper and the sauce mixture to pan with tofu.
Cook 2-3 min more until sauce has slightly thickened.
Serve tofu with sauce and vegetables on a bed of rice and broccoli.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
