Heat oil and sauté sliced onions Add ginger garlic paste Sprinkle chopped mint and coriander leaves Sauté until onions are translucent Add spices and salt to taste. Lower heat to add yogurt. (Whisk yogurt and keep at room temperature prior to cooking)In a separate pan sauté marinated chicken (prep time-season chicken with salt, red chilli and coriander powder 1/2 tsp each) Add to the onion mixture and add chicken broth Now add Fusilli pasta, cover and cook for 10 mins on medium heat. Adjust 1/2 cup water if needed for pasta to cook. Garnish with remaining chopped mint, coriander leaves and garam masala as garnish Cover and let it simmer for 5 more mins.
