To make fudge sauce, place chocolate into a small heat proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute in 30 second increments stirring until melted. Stir in condensed milk. Set aside.
Finely chop 10 CHRISTIE OREO® cookies and reserve 2 tbsp for topping.
Whip cream in a large bowl to soft peaks, stir in snack pudding and condensed milk, then fold in chopped CHRISTIE OREO® cookies.
®Freeze 8hrs or overnight. To garnish pops, unmold pops and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Replace into freezer until ready to garnish. Melt chocolate in a small heat proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute in 30 second increments stirring until melted. Drizzle top half of a pop diagonally and stick 1 CHRISTIE OREO® Cookie on top before chocolate has set. Repeat with remaining pops. Keep frozen in an airtight container until ready to serve.
