Preheat oven to 450 °F/230 °C. Spread walnuts on a cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside.In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator.In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.Divide salad into 4 plates, spread walnuts and drizzle with dressing.Delicious with pizza.
