In a large bowl, combine oat bran, cocoa and cinnamon.Add nut or nut-free butter and stir until smooth and creamy.Add frozen yogurt. If yogurt is too firm, let stand for 15 minutes before incorporating.Mix well until well combined.Add cereal and stir again.Using an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, place 36 spoonfuls of mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.Store in freezer until mixture is firm enough to form small balls (about 30 minutes), then roll them in cocoa powder.Return to the freezer for an hour before serving.Store in freezer in airtight container.
