Melt sugar in water in a saucepan to form a syrup. Set aside.Place fruits in ramekins, forming layers.Bring wine and spices to a boil in a second saucepan.Add syrup.Pour liquid over each ramekin.Allow to blend and re-chill.Garnish with mint leaves.
