Bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil in a big pot and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until cranberries are cooked.Meanwhile, dissolve envelope of gelatine in 1/4 cup (60 mL) of water.Recover 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the hot cranberry broth and add it to the gelatine, dissolve completely.Add gelatine and orange zest to the cranberry mixture, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.Set aside to cool.

Preparation

Bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil in a big pot and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until cranberries are cooked.

Meanwhile, dissolve envelope of gelatine in 1/4 cup (60 mL) of water.

Recover 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the hot cranberry broth and add it to the gelatine, dissolve completely.

Add gelatine and orange zest to the cranberry mixture, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.

Set aside to cool.
