Slice each squash in half lengthwise and microwave for 5 minutes or until soft enough to scoop. Remove a third of the flesh from each half and chop coarsely.Place into a large bowl and add whisked eggs, milk, bread, ham, pepper, onion, and salt. Let sit for 15 minutes or long enough for bread to absorb the liquid.Arrange squash halves on a baking sheet; support halves with scrunched up foil if necessary to help keep cut sides up. Divide filling between the halves. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes; uncover and bake further 25-30 minutes or until centres are firm.Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and bake 5-7 minutes until melted and bubbly.Garnish with parsley and rosemary to serve.
