Purée 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) strawberries in the blender.In a pot, bring puréed strawberries and sugar to a boil. Stir in gelatin.Remove from heat and strain. Set aside.Put remaining strawberries in pie shell, pour hot strawberry coulis over them.Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. before serving.
