In a large casserole, melt butter over low heat.Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.Add a few drops of food colouring, stir, and remove from heat.Add cereal and stir until well coated.Melt chocolate in the micro-wave.On a buttered cookie sheet, spread mixture and, using a buttered spatula, pat down to the thickness of the cookie cutters.Pour the chocolate over the mixture and let cool at room temperature.Using a cookie cutter, lift out heart shapes and decorate with your favourite candies.
