In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil on medium to high heat. Add in chicken and season generously with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken on each side (approximately 3 minutes per side) until golden brown.
While the chicken is cooking, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
Add in steamed broccoli florets and serve over quinoa.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
