In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil on medium to high heat. Add in chicken and season generously with salt and pepper.Brown chicken on each side (approximately 3 minutes per side) until golden brown.While the chicken is cooking, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil.Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.Add in steamed broccoli florets and serve over quinoa.Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
