Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Sift all the dry ingredients. Set aside.In a mixing bowl, soften the butter. Add the eggs and sugar. Beat until the sugar is dissolved.Gradually add half the dry ingredients, then the condensed soup and vanilla.Mix, then add the remaining dry ingredients as well as the nuts and cranberries. Pour into a buttered, floured loaf pan 23 cm X 13 cm (9 in X 5 in). Cook for 35 minutes. Remove from the pan, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
