Preheat oven to 450°F / 230°C.Mix corn and all-purpose flour, baking powder and soda.Mix remaining ingredients separately.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid ingredients.Mix with a fork, just enough to moisten.Pour into muffin tins with the bottom greased.Bake about 20 minutes.
