In a pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes about 20 min. Drain.In a bowl, mix hot potatoes with herb dressing. Set aside.In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.Gently mix potatoes and mayonnaise. Mix in ham.Refrigerate until time to serve.
