Melt the chocolate as instructed on the Chocolats Favoris fondue can.Put the cream cheese, sugar, butter and ¾ cup (180 mL) melted chocolate in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk.Put some parchment paper in the bottom of a 9 x 5 in. (23cm x 12 cm) bread tin, pour in the mixture and smooth the top.Stick little forks or cocktail sticks into the mixture so that each is in the center of a 1? (2.5 cm) cube.Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.Cut into cubes and dip in the remaining melted chocolate, then sprinkle with the cracker crumbs.Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and enjoy!

    (250 g)
    cream cheese, cut into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    melted butter

  • Graham cracker crumbs to taste

Preparation

Melt the chocolate as instructed on the Chocolats Favoris fondue can.

Put the cream cheese, sugar, butter and ¾ cup (180 mL) melted chocolate in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk.

Put some parchment paper in the bottom of a 9 x 5 in. (23cm x 12 cm) bread tin, pour in the mixture and smooth the top.

Stick little forks or cocktail sticks into the mixture so that each is in the center of a 1? (2.5 cm) cube.

Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
