Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Place ribs in a 13 x 9-in (3 L) baking dish.Combine chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, onions, garlic, brown sugar and salt. Set aside one quarter of this mixture. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover baking dish tightly with foil.Bake covered ribs for 50 minutes or until tender. Baste occasionally with pan sauces.Remove foil for last 10 minutes of cooking and brush with the reserved sauce. Turn as needed.Grilling instructionsIncrease brown sugar in sauce to 1/4 cup (60 mL).Combine all sauce ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.Meanwhile, parboil ribs in salted water for 45 minutes.
