Preheat the BBQ to medium or oven to broil.Slice the baguette lengthwise.In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and walnuts and spread the Ciabatta.Place the pear slices and top with cheese. Grill for a few minutes, until the Brie melts and the bread is lovely and golden. Garnish with arugula.
