Preheat the oven to 350(f) degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with parchment liners.In a large mixing bowl whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk & garlic until well combined.Sift in almond flour, baking powder, salt & pepper. Mix until batter comes together.Fold in sausage, cheddar cheese & chives. Evenly divide mixture amongst the prepared muffin tin.Bake until the tops bounce back to touch, about 18 to 20 minutes.
