Rinse the red beans. Finely puree them with the almond milk, until smooth.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract, whisking thoroughly.
Add the bean puree and melted chocolate. Blend together using a spatula.
Add the almond flour, crushed almonds and baking powder, mixing well with the spatula.
For final mix into a rectangular mould (lightly oiled or buttered) and bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for 28–30 minutes. Let cool and cut into pieces of your desired size.

Crushed salted almonds
Melted dark chocolate – drizzled
