Rinse the red beans. Finely puree them with the almond milk, until smooth.Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.In a large bowl, mix eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract, whisking thoroughly.Add the bean puree and melted chocolate. Blend together using a spatula.Add the almond flour, crushed almonds and baking powder, mixing well with the spatula.For final mix into a rectangular mould (lightly oiled or buttered) and bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for 28–30 minutes.   • 10 mL
    vanilla extract
  • 2,5 mL

  • 75 g

  • 50 g
    salted almonds, crushed
