Base sauce:
Roast at 350°F degrees in air fryer and blend into purée for base sauce
Marinated Chicken:
Sauté marinade chicken with base sauce until cooked! Remove from heat and cool.
Put it together:
Fresh white/brown bread 5-6 slices Cut bread corners-dip into water and drain (by squeezing out water between palms) Flatten the bread and add chicken filling and roll tightly. Brush the roll with ghee/butter
In a plate add Panko breadcrumbs season with salt and pepper.
Roll the bread roll into Panko and keep aside.
Shallow fry each bread roll until crisp and golden brown.
Enjoy with your favourite dip or ketchup!
