Brush the roll with ghee/butterIn a plate add Panko breadcrumbs season with salt and pepper.Roll the bread roll into Panko and keep aside.Shallow fry each bread roll until crisp and golden brown.Enjoy with your favourite dip or ketchup!

  • 4-5
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 500 g
    cut bonless Chicken

  • Salt and pepper to season, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon
    coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon
    chilli powder (as per preference)
  • 1 tablespoon
    corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon
    onion soup mix
  • 5-6
    slices white bread or whole wheat bread

Preparation

Base sauce:
