In blender or food processor, blend Cheddar and Cream Cheese, olive oil, mustard, garlic salt and brandy until smooth. Pack into a crock or other container and cover tightly. Refrigerate for 1 week before serving.Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving. Spread on crackers.
