Preheat the BBQ on medium high.In a large bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, olives, eggs, salt, and pepper.Shape the mixture into eight patties.Press your thumb down in the middle of the patty to create a hole. Put some cheese in this hole and then seal it with meat. Repeat with the other patties.Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 80 °C (175 °F).Grill the buns. Add a patty and the desired toppings.Garnish with slices of soft cheese, sliced red onions (cooked or raw), slices of cooked bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, sliced pickles, etc.Source: Metro

    Quebec ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup
    (180 ml)
    breadcrumbs or Panko
  • 1 teaspoon
    (5 ml)
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 ml)
    green or black olives pitted and chopped
