Pear compote:Wash the pears and cut them into small cubes.Add the pears in a pot and mix with the lemon juice, white sugar, and cinnamon.Heat and let simmer until the pears become very soft.Remove the pears from the pot and reduce the liquid until you get a syrup.Add the pears again and stir.Set aside.French toast:In a pot, add the milk and Irresistibles chai tea bags. Simmer for about 15 minutes.Combine the eggs and cinnamon. Add the infused milk and mix thoroughly.Cut the country-style bread into 3-inch slices.Soak the slices of bread in the French toast mixture.Cook on low for about 7 minutes on each side.Assembly:Add the French toast on a plate.Top with a generous amount of pear compote.Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and serve with whipped cream.   • Pears compote:
  • 4
    pear
  • 2 tablespoon
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tasse
    white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
    cinnamon

  • french toast:
  • 1 1/2 cup
    milk
  • 3 bags
    Irresistibles chai tea
  • 3
    egg
  • 1/4 cup
    cinnamon

  • country-style bread

  • whipped cream for serving

Preparation
