In a large bowl, add Corn Flakes, carrot, oats, crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, flour, skim milk powder, walnuts, 1/2 cup (125ml) maple syrup, oil, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, ground ginger, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.In a small bowl combine cream cheese with remaining 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup. Set aside.Spread 2/3 of mixture into a parchment lined 8x8-inch baking pan. Spread evenly with cream cheese mixture and top with remaining carrot mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 25 minutes.Let cool completely before cutting into 16 even squares. Keep bars refrigerated in an airtight container.

Preparation

In a large bowl, add Corn Flakes, carrot, oats, crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, flour, skim milk powder, walnuts, 1/2 cup (125ml) maple syrup, oil, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, ground ginger, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.

In a small bowl combine cream cheese with remaining 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup. Set aside.
