Skewer cantaloupe cubes and set aside.Mix the next four ingredients together in a bowl and brush onto cantaloupe cubes.Reserve any leftover sauce for drizzling later.Cook on a hot oiled grill for about 2 minutes.Serve with ice cream and drizzle with sauce.
