Cut off the top part of the Brie (the first layer) to create a bowl.Hollow out the inside and dice the cheese.Mix a bit of pesto, shallots and garlic with the Brie cubes and place back into the Brie bowl.Add a dash of shallots on top.Place on an aluminum sheet.Pre-heat the BBQ to medium-high intensity.Cook the Brie in the aluminum sheet on the BBQ for 10 minutes until the cheese is well melted.Serve with slices of baguette bread and enjoy.

  • market basil pesto to taste
  • 4
    chopped shallots
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    garlic clove

Preparation

Cut off the top part of the Brie (the first layer) to create a bowl.
