In a bowl, whisk chicken broth, cornstarch, salt, sugar and pepper together. Set aside.In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.Add garlic and stir-fry for 5 seconds. Add bok choy and stir-fry until bright green, about 2 minutes.Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until stalks are tender-crisp, 4 to 8 minutes.Stir in cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until almost no liquid is left, about 2 minutes.To serve, transfer to a plate, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
