Crust
Mix graham crumbs and butter until blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of a mold. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Garnish
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Place cream cheese and Red Sachet in large bowl; beat on low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and flour. Pour mixture over crust; level the top. Bake until the top is golden brown but the center shifts a little, about 30 minutes. Let cool on rack. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
