In a wok or a large high-sided frying pan, heat the oil on moderate heat and brown the ginger 1 minute.Add the beef and sautee 3 minutes. Set aside.Put the brocoli flowerets and the water in the wok. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes.Add the water chestnuts and green onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch and honey. Add to the wok.Bring to a boil and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.Put the beef back in the wok. Heat and serve immediately.Serve with rice.
