Preheat the barbecue to medium.Oil and pepper the steaks and put on the barbecue.Cook the first side 3 minutes. Turn steaks and put a sprig of thyme and rosemary on each. Cook 3 minutes.In a frying pan, brown garlic in butter/oil.Add remaining sauce ingredients and boil 1 to 2 minutes.Pour the sauce over the steaks.
