In a large bowl, press the lemon, adding the honey, yellow mustard, turmeric, crushed mustard seeds and olive oil. Whisk to obtain a well-blended, smooth marinade.
Place the steaks in an adequately sized, high-sided container. Pour the marinade onto the meat, making sure to coat it entirely. Lightly salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
Remove the marinated meat, draining it as much as possible. Set aside on a plate. Save the marinade in a large bowl.
Place the baby potatoes in the marinade, coating them well. Air fry them at 190 °C (375 °F) for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the green onions and add them to the baby potatoes when the air fryer chimes for the potatoes to be turned over. Season if needed.
Over high heat, grill the marinated steaks on the BBQ for 3–4 minutes on each side. Let the meat rest for a few minutes. Reheat before plating on top of the still warm baby potatoes.
