Bring to a boil enough salted water to cover lobsters. Immerse them in water head first. Bring water back to a boil and boil 8 to 10 minutes.Cut lobsters in half lengthways, remove the small sack near the head and blot the meat well. Set aside.In a glass bowl, mix the marinade ingredients. Brush the inside of lobsters with mixture, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.Preheat the barbecue to medium.Blot up excess marinade from lobster. Lay lobsters cut side (meat) down on the oiled grill.Cook 3 minutes.

    water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp.
    (80 mL)
    salt
  • 4
    live lobsters

  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cup
