In a frying pan, cook onion in butter/oil without browning.Set aside.In the same frying pan, brown meat 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.Transfer meat to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except cabbage leaves. Mix ingredients well, cover and refrigerate1 hour.Blanch cabbage leaves.Preheat the barbecue to medium.Flatten blanched cabbage leaves and spread about 45 mL (3 Tbsp.) meat filling on each leaf. Roll tightly and tuck ends.Refrigerate 15 minutes.Cut each roll in 3 sections and carefully thread on brochettes.Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side.
