  • For the sauce :

    mayonnaise

Preparation

For the sauce:

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and set aside in the fridge.

Preheat the fryer to 325°F.

Add the flour in a bowl.

Add the whisked eggs in a second bowl.

In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the garlic powder, onion, cayenne pepper, coriander, ground ginger, freshly ground pepper, and salt.

Dip one shrimp at a time in the following order: flour, egg mixture, breadcrumbs.

Fry 3 or 4 shrimp at a time in the fryer for 4 minutes.

Place the shrimp on a paper towel.

Serve with the sauce and chopped cilantro.
