Preheat oven to 400F (205°C).In a food processor, add salmon cubes, green onion, rice flour, dijon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; pulse to a chunky paste.Roll about 2 tbsp of mixture into a ball and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat to make 24 balls.In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, soy and oil; brush lightly onto each ball. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until firm and bottoms are golden.To make Citrus Turmeric sauce:In a bowl, combine yogurt, orange juice and zest, dill, maple syrup, salt and turmeric.Source: Metro

Preparation
