Preheat the oven at 350°F (176°C).Cut the onion and mushrooms into fine strips.In a frying pan over high heat, brown the onions.Add the mushrooms, the cane sugar and the vinegar to caramelize the ingredients.Place the bacon in the oven at 350°F (176°C) and cook for 5 to 10 minutes and drain the fat.Spread olive oil on one side of each slice and garnish with bacon, cheese, caramelized onions and mushrooms.Close with the second slice of bread on top.Place the sandwich in the frying pan.Cook until golden brown on each side.Serve immediately and enjoy.Source: Première Moisson
