Butter the bread slices.Line the edges of the bread slices with alfalfa or other sprouts.Cut the ham slices in squares. Place 3 asparagus tips diagonnaly across each square and roll up the meat.Use a decorative toothpick to hod the ham roll together.Place two ham rolls diagonnaly on each piece of toast. Garnish with a little mayonnaise or yogurt.Place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.Serve immediately. Delicious with a glass of vegetable juice.Property of Multi-Marques.

    softened, preferably unsalted butter

  • sufficient quantity, alfalfa, radish or sunflower sprouts
