Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter. Add oats, apples, yogurt, apple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon; stir until well combined. Top with sliced apple, a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.Serve warm dolloped with yogurt.
