Trim the barramundi and slice into fillets.Season the fillets with the salt and pepper.Mix the oil with the lime juice, and baste the fillets. Sprinkle the almond powder over the fillets.In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the fillets, smooth side up, and cook for 3 minutes. Turn and cook the other side (where the skin was removed) for 3 minutes.
