Cut the bacon into bits and crisp them in the oven at 175 °C (350 °F) in a non-stick ovenproof skillet. Remove bacon bits and set them aside on a dish lined with absorbent kitchen towels. Save the bacon grease in the skillet.
Finely chop the onion and melt it without colouring it in the bacon fat over medium-low heat. Season.
Once the onion is cooked, increase the heat to high and add the spinach. Once cooked, add the bacon bits and place in a large, microwavable bowl along with the cheeses.
Cut the naan breads into triangles and bake them until golden in the oven at 190 °C (375 °F) for about 10 minutes.
Cover the cheese bowl with cling wrap and microwave it at high power, 1 minute at a time, taking the time to stir after each minute. Once cheeses have melted completely, add the yogurt, stirring well. Plate the dip in an adequate bowl. Season if needed.
Serve with the naan wedges, reheating them in the microwave if needed.
