is proud to support the Family Farmers Network by helping to establish weekly delivery points for organic vegetable baskets in some 40 Metro and Super C supermarket parking lots.
In collaboration with
The Family Farmers Network
supports the mission of local farms by offering several pick-up points for Quebec farmers. This project allows Metro to extend the range of its efforts by linking consumers directly to farmers in their region. The formula is simple: people subscribe by making a commitment for the entire season with a family farmer. It’s a simple and effective way to encourage our local producers.

For the love of plants, of healthy food choices and of the environment, it was only natural for us to join the network of The Family Farmers.

It is with great pride that we can supply nearly 800 families with organic vegetables with a practically zero waste approach. We feel that we are making a real difference for the environment. I am happy to see that my values, namely buying local, eating organic food and reducing the carbon footprint, are part of my job.

We are five young people passionate about food and ecology. Our greatest wish was to start a business and make a difference in the farming community. It is an honour to be able to feed more than 720 families in the region with more than 40 fresh herbs and healthy vegetables, produced in a sustainable way!
