Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray, then place two pieces of crescent roll dough on top.Cover the centre of each piece with one-quarter of the tomato sauce, cheese, chorizo slices and diced tomatoes.Cover with two more pieces of dough, then pinch the edges to seal.Cover with a second sheet of aluminum foil and seal.Place the package on a pie pan and bake three minutes on each side in a wood fire.Let sit before serving.
