In a mixer or food processor, blend the milk, strawberries, banana, mint leaves, yogurt and honey until smooth and foamy.Serve in 4 glasses that have spent a few minutes in the freezer so the dessert stays chilled.Divide the whipped yogurt equally into each glass.
