In a small mixing bowl using a whisk, whip the cream to soft peaks. Set aside 2 tablespoons.Add the remaining whipped cream to a blender followed by the lemon juice, lemon zest, condensed milk & ice. Blend until smooth.Transfer to a serving glass, top with reserved whipped cream & garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!Source: Metro
