Put the turkey breasts in an oven dish.In a pan, melt butter; brown the sliced mushrooms.Add white wine; simmer 2 minutes.Add cream and continue cooking about 3 minutes.In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into the sauce.Pour mushroom sauce over the turkey breasts.Cook in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 20 to 25 minutes.
