Rub a wedge of lemon along rim of a cocktail glass. Gently twist glass upside down onto a plate filled with coarse sugar to coat rim evenly.In a cocktail shaker, add cranberry juice, pineapple juice, honey, lemon ginger, cinnamon and allspice. Fill with ice. Cover and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass and top with tonic. Serve garnished with rosemary and cranberries.
