Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Brush tortillas with butter and cut each into 8 triangles.Arrange on a baking sheet and toast in the oven 10 to 12 minutes until golden.Set chips aside.Cut yellow bell pepper lengthwise into 1/8-by-1-inch (0.3 cm x 2.5 cm) julienne and set aside.In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork. Mix in lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.Heap about 2 tsp. (10 mL) of avocado mixture on each tortilla chip.Place a grapefruit supreme on top and garnish with a strip of yellow pepper and a slice of jalapeño.Serve immediately.
